For individual Session: Please choose the location for the session, select the Therapist and then in the calendar choose the time desired (in your own time zone). Follow the booking and payment steps (check your email is correct).

For reoccurring Subscriptions: Set this up by inputting your information and following the online instructions after selecting this option. You will then be sent a code and can book sessions as usual making sure to input your code at the end to deduct from your monthly allowance.
